HOW TO UPDATE YOUR

ATHLETE POSE

FOR PRE-PAY ORDERS


If you Pre-Paid for your order, by either completing your order online through our Pre-Pay Sports Shopping Cart on or before picture day or by handing in a Paper Order Form on picture day, you have the option to update your order by selecting your athlete's pose(s) from your private gallery if more than one pose was taken of your athlete on Picture Day.

Follow the steps below to update your order before your team's order deadline.  

  1. ​LOG INTO OR CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT:  Log into or create an account on our website HERE.

    • We will not be able to view the photos(s) that you've selected as "favorite" unless you are logged into your account on our website.
  2. ACCESS YOUR GALLERY:  Enter your new gallery password at "GALLERY ACCESS" on our website's home page.

  3. SELECT YOUR NEW POSE(S):  ​CLICK on the "HEART" at the top of your image(s) to "FAVORITE" them...that's it!  We'll now be able to see all of the images you've selected as "favorite" so we can update your order.

    • We'll now be able to see all of the photos and new backgrounds you've selected as "favorite" so we can update your order

    • SPORTS PACKAGE ORDERS:  Please remember to favorite only (1) Athlete Photo and (1) Team or Memory Composite Photo.

      • Please use the photo code found at the bottom of each photo when contacting our studio so we can fulfill your order with the correct photo.
  4. UPDATE BEFORE YOUR DEADLINE:  Please make sure to update your order before your team's first order deadline. Not sure when your team's deadline will take place?  Then take a moment and click HERE to view our Turnaround Timeline.

    **If your order is NOT UPDATED by your team's first order deadline then the Default Photo Selection will be used to fulfill your order.  Take a moment and click HERE for more information about the Default Photo Selection.**

**NO SUBSTITUTIONS FOR SPORTS PACKAGES:  In order for our studio to offer you the best possible pricing on our Sports Packages no substitutions are allowed.**

!! UPDATE NOTICE !! 

Please select ONLY (1) ATHLETE & (1) TEAM or MEMORY COMPOSITE PHOTO when updating your Sports Package order in your gallery.  If more than one athlete and team or memory composite photo is selected as your "favorite" then our studio will have no choice but to fulfill your order per our discretion. 

**DID YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND?  If you handed in a Paper Order Form on picture day and selected the Team Photo for your Sports Package, but you favorited the Memory Composite Photo in your account on our website then your order will be fulfilled as it was received on your paper order form unless you've contacted us to change your pre-paid order from the Team Photo to the Memory Composite Photo.  The same goes for if you selected a Memory Composite Photo on your paper order form, but favorited the Team Photo in your account on our website.  Your order will always be fulfilled as we've received it on your paper order form unless you've contacted us to make that change.**

NEED TO CONTACT OUR STUDIO ABOUT YOUR ORDER?

If you will feel more comfortable contacting our studio to update your order we ask that you contact us HERE​ via email.  This will help our studio to avoid any mix-ups when updating your order.  

Each photo in your gallery includes a unique "photo code.​"  Please view the image to the right for an example of where your photo code is located when your mouse is hovering over a photo in your gallery.  

When contacting our studio, we ask that you please use the exact photo code that is associated with the photo(s) you would like your order updated to.
