WHEN CAN YOU VIEW YOUR NEW SPORTS PHOTOS?

Your private gallery password will be emailed to you within 5 business days after photographing your athlete's team. If you have not received your private gallery password within this time we ask that you FIRST check your email's junk/spam folder. If you are still unable to locate our email with your Private Gallery Password please contact our studio and we'll be happy to send it to you again.

If you need to contact our studio about your order or a specific photo we ask that you contact us HERE​ via email.  This will help our studio to avoid any mix-ups when discussing your order with you.  

Each photo in your gallery includes a unique "photo code.​"  When contacting our studio, we ask that you please use the exact photo code that is associated with the photo(s) you would like to order or discuss with us.

PRIVATE GALLERY EXPIRATION

Your private online gallery will be available to view for one month. If you need this time extended, please contact our studio and we'll be happy to help you.

FACEBOOK IMAGES

Please feel free to share your athlete's new social media sports photo that we post on our studio's Facebook page HERE. Our studio asks that you do not alter the image in any way or remove/crop our studio's logo out of this social media photo when sharing it on your personal social media site(s).  Printing any photo from our Facebook page is prohibited.​
