DELIVERY NOTICE:
We're happy to announce that your new Sports Picture orders are being delivered to your team's coach during your scheduled practice TODAY! Your photo orders should be handed out to your athlete during your team's next scheduled practice.
**Please remember that we are unaware of when your team's new sports photo orders will be handed out to your athlete. If your athlete has not received your order by the end of your next scheduled practice or game we suggest contacting your league coach/representative to see if your order has been handed out yet.**
DIGITAL SPORTS PACKAGES G1 & G2:
Your DropBox Transfer link and password were emailed to you earlier TODAY. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not see our message in your inbox. Remember to download your new digital image before the expiration date.

LATE ORDERS FOR SCHOOL TEAMS:
If you placed an order AFTER your team's first order deadline we will
notify you when your order has been fulfilled and delivery has been made to
your team's school office or to the address you used when
placing your order.
DELIVERY AFTER YOUR SCHOOL YEAR HAS ENDED
- DELIVERED ORDERS: Your order will be fulfilled and personally delivered to the address that you entered when placing your order on our website. If we deliver your order it will be packaged in a sturdy protective mailer envelope and either placed in your mailbox or on your front porch if your mailbox is not large enough to fit the mailer your order is packaged in. A delivery email will be sent to you right away when your order has been delivered to your address.
- SHIPPED ORDERS: On occasion, our studio will need to ship an order instead of delivering it personally. If your order has been shipped to you we will contact you right away with the delivery ETA and tracking number.

HAVE AN ISSUE WITH YOUR ORDER?
It's very important to our studio that you are satisfied with our service and with your new picture order! If there is an issue with your order please contact our studio within 2 weeks of your order being delivered to your league coach/representative and we’ll be happy to help you correct it. If you contact our studio after this 2-week grace period you will need to purchase a new package and/or product. Please review our Parent & Player FAQ page that was emailed to you for full details.
